This 1909-11 T206 Jim Scott has been graded SGC 3 VG and carries a Piedmont back. The T206 "White Border" set, distributed by the American Tobacco Company, is one of the most celebrated pre-war issues in the hobby. At SGC 3 VG, it presents a clear image with moderate wear consistent with its age, a well-balanced choice for collectors assembling the set in mid-grade.
Jim Scott is part of the deep roster of Deadball Era players featured in T206, alongside stars like Honus Wagner, Ty Cobb, and Christy Mathewson. Collectors chasing the complete set need every subject, which makes cards of players like Scott key to any complete run.
