This 1989 Perez-Steele Celebration Postcard Eddie Mathews #30 has earned a PSA 9 Mint grade with a signature graded PSA/DNA 9. Perez-Steele postcards were produced in limited numbers for Hall of Famers to sign, and this signature of the 512-home-run third baseman is a premium piece for Braves collectors.
Eddie Mathews spent most of his career with the Braves in Boston, Milwaukee, and Atlanta, hitting 512 home runs and winning the 1957 World Series with Milwaukee. A multiple-time All-Star third baseman, he later won a second title with the 1968 Detroit Tigers. Mathews is a National Baseball Hall of Fame (HOF) inductee (1978).
