This 1992 Upper Deck Trade Card Shaquille O'Neal Rookie RC #1B is graded BGS 9.5 Gem Mint. Upper Deck's trade card was redeemable for O'Neal's rookie, making it one of the more unusual and collectible pieces from Shaq's first season. The card remains a memorable piece of early-1990s Upper Deck history.
Shaquille O'Neal played at LSU before going 1st overall to the Orlando Magic in the 1992 NBA Draft. He also starred for the Lakers, Heat, Suns, Cavaliers, and Celtics, winning four NBA championships, the 2000 MVP, three Finals MVPs, and 15 All-Star selections. O'Neal is a Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame (HOF) inductee (2016).
