This 2022 Panini Flawless Distinguished Boomer Esiason Patch Auto #DPA-BE is serial-numbered to 25 and graded SGC 8.5 NM-MT+. Flawless is one of football’s most prestigious releases, and this low-numbered patch auto of the 1988 NFL MVP is a strong piece for Bengals collectors.
Boomer Esiason starred at Maryland before the Cincinnati Bengals selected him in the second round of the 1984 NFL Draft. He won the 1988 NFL MVP award while leading Cincinnati to Super Bowl XXIII, earned four Pro Bowl selections, and later played for the New York Jets and Arizona Cardinals before a long broadcasting career.
