This 2023 Panini Elite Full Throttle Blue Victor Wembanyama Rookie #3 is serial-numbered to 99 and graded SGC 10 Gem Mint. Full Throttle is one of Elite’s signature insert designs, and this low-numbered Blue parallel from Wembanyama’s rookie season pairs scarcity with a top grade for Spurs collectors.
Victor Wembanyama played professionally in France with Metropolitans 92 before the San Antonio Spurs selected him 1st overall in the 2023 NBA Draft. He won the 2024 NBA Rookie of the Year award unanimously, led the league in blocks, earned a silver medal with France at the 2024 Olympics, and quickly became one of the most unique talents the game has seen.
