This 1909-11 T206 Gavvy Cravath has been graded SGC 1 PR by SGC and features a Piedmont back. Issued in cigarette packs more than a century ago, the T206 set is the most celebrated tobacco issue in the hobby, and original examples with natural wear remain a favorite of vintage collectors. This card offers authentic deadball-era cardboard in a protected SGC holder, a fine addition for team collectors and anyone working toward the complete T206 set.
Gavvy Cravath appears in T206 with Minneapolis of the American Association before becoming one of the top power hitters of the deadball era. With the Philadelphia Phillies he led the National League in home runs multiple times, giving this card strong appeal.
