This 1989 Fleer Randy Johnson Rookie #381 is the variation with the billboard advertisement partially obscured, graded PSA 5 EX. Fleer altered the image after printing began, making this one of the best-known baseball variations of the late 1980s and a rookie of the five-time Cy Young winner.
Randy Johnson starred at USC before reaching the majors with the Montreal Expos. The Big Unit became a dominant ace with the Seattle Mariners and Arizona Diamondbacks, winning five Cy Young Awards, the 2001 World Series co-MVP, and 303 career games.
