This 1992 Front Row Draft Picks Promo Derek Jeter #55 has earned a BGS 9.5 Gem Mint grade. Front Row issued draft pick cards of Jeter in the year he was selected, well before his major league debut, and the promo version is a scarce early oddball for advanced Jeter collectors.
Derek Jeter starred at Kalamazoo Central High School before the New York Yankees selected him 6th overall in the 1992 MLB Draft. He spent his entire 20-season career in New York, winning five World Series titles, the 1996 AL Rookie of the Year, the 2000 World Series MVP, and 14 All-Star selections with 3,465 career hits. Jeter is a National Baseball Hall of Fame (HOF) inductee (2020).
