This 1909-11 T206 Dots Miller has been graded SGC 4.5 VGEX+ and carries a Piedmont back. Issued in cigarette packs by the American Tobacco Company, the T206 set is one of the most widely collected pre-war baseball issues and the centerpiece of many vintage collections. At SGC 4.5 VGEX+, it ranks among the stronger mid-grade examples of the set, with a clean image and wear limited mostly to the corners.
John "Dots" Miller broke in with the Pittsburgh Pirates in 1909, starting at second base next to Honus Wagner as a rookie and winning the World Series that fall. He later played for the St. Louis Cardinals and Philadelphia Phillies.
