This 1909-11 T206 Rube Kisinger with its Piedmont back has been graded SGC 1 PR. Known among collectors as The Monster, the T206 tobacco set features more than 500 cards and remains the most celebrated pre-war baseball issue. This survivor from the dead-ball era is a solid addition for set builders and anyone collecting original early twentieth-century baseball cardboard. The SGC holder protects the card and makes it simple to display.
Rube Kisinger was a right-handed pitcher of the dead-ball era who appears in the T206 set during his years in professional baseball. Like many cards in this series, it captures a working ballplayer from the early days of the game.
